STEM for Social Good
Hackathons, science fairs, and school wellbeing programmes that channel student talent toward real public challenges, from suicide prevention and peer support to assistive technology.
Neorons designs and funds education programmes with schools and local partners: STEM events, inclusive sport, and responsible use of AI in the classroom.
Who we are
Neorons works alongside schools, educators, and local communities to deliver programmes that are rigorous, inclusive, and built to last: hackathons that put student ingenuity to work on public-health challenges, championships that celebrate the athleticism of blind girls, and classrooms learning to use artificial intelligence well. Our work is united by a single idea: potential is everywhere; opportunity must be too.
We deliver every programme in collaboration with district education departments, government schools, and community organizations.
Our people
Neorons is youth-led. Our team is made up of students and recent graduates, supported by an advisory circle of educators, clinicians, and engineers who review every programme we run.
We are grateful to our advisory circle of practising psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, and to everyone who works alongside us to keep our programmes safe and rigorous.
What we do
Every programme we run is an expression of one idea: science and technology should serve everyone. Three areas, one mission.
Hackathons, science fairs, and school wellbeing programmes that channel student talent toward real public challenges, from suicide prevention and peer support to assistive technology.
Funding and organizing sport and technology programmes for students with disabilities. Inclusion is not charity; it is infrastructure.
Training teachers and equipping classrooms to use artificial intelligence responsibly, so that no district is left behind in the decade ahead.
Our impact
"Students reached" means unique registered participants across all programmes. We do not count family attendees, community visitors, or online viewers. Our total of 1,200+ is conservative; the actual number of people who experienced our events is higher.
Our events
Eight events in regions across India, 2025–2026. Every one took place with local schools and partners. Select any event to read more.
What's next
Three programmes in planning across new regions, shown as red markers on the map below. Dates firm up as school calendars are confirmed.
