Neorons Inc., a US-registered company working in India, operates this website. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Neorons Inc. is the data controller.

What we collect

This website does not currently set cookies, use analytics services, or collect personal data through tracking. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message, which are processed solely to respond to your enquiry.

Photography of participants

Photographs taken during Neorons events are covered by separate consent processes described in our Safeguarding Policy. Published images are stripped of EXIF metadata.

Third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact form submissions may be processed through Formspree, whose privacy policy applies to that service.

India DPDP Act 2023

We acknowledge the provisions of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where our programmes collect personal data of participants in India (including children's data, which requires verifiable parental consent), we comply with applicable requirements. Data subjects may exercise their rights by writing to us.
